By joining VBCRP, you agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in warnings, kicks, suspensions, or bans.
1.1 Respect – Treat all members and staff respectfully.
1.2 Discrimination – Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or targeting others is prohibited.
1.3 Spam – Do not spam messages, reactions, commands, or mentions.
1.4 Advertising – Advertising is prohibited without staff approval.
1.5 Appropriate Content – Usernames, profiles, statuses, and messages must remain appropriate.
1.6 Discord ToS – Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
2.1 Exploiting – Exploits, scripts, cheats, or unauthorized software are forbidden.
2.2 Glitch Abuse – Do not intentionally abuse bugs or unintended features.
2.3 Account Sharing – Account sharing during roleplay sessions is not permitted.
2.4 Avatar Standards – Avatars must remain appropriate for realistic roleplay.
2.5 Roblox ToS – Follow Roblox's Terms of Service and Community Standards.
3.1 FailRP – Roleplay realistically and avoid unrealistic actions.
3.2 RDM – Do not attack or kill players without a valid roleplay reason.
3.3 VDM – Do not use vehicles to intentionally harm players.
3.4 Metagaming – Never use out-of-character information in roleplay.
3.5 Powergaming – Do not force actions or outcomes onto others.
3.6 FearRP – Value your character's life and react realistically to danger.
4.1 Professionalism – Act professionally while on duty.
4.2 Chain of Command – Respect supervisors and department leadership.
4.3 Equipment Usage – Only use equipment, uniforms, and vehicles assigned to your department.
4.4 Abuse of Power – Do not misuse department authority or permissions.
4.5 Realistic Operations – Follow realistic procedures during roleplay.
4.6 Department Vehicles – Restricted vehicles require authorization.
4.7 On-Duty Standards – Maintain professional conduct while representing VBCRP.
5.1 Requirements – Meet all eligibility requirements before joining.
5.2 Training – Complete required training before operating independently.
5.3 Activity – Maintain reasonable activity.
5.4 Responsibility – Whitelist members are expected to uphold higher standards.
5.5 Rank Abuse – Do not abuse rank or permissions.
5.6 Removal – Staff may remove whitelist access if standards are not maintained.
6.1 Radio Discipline – Keep communications realistic, clear, and professional.
6.2 Radio Spam – Do not spam or clog radio channels.
6.3 Proper Channels – Use the correct channel for your department or operation.
6.4 Clear Communication – Keep transmissions understandable and relevant.
6.5 Professional Language – Avoid inappropriate language or unnecessary conversations while on duty.
6.6 Dispatch – Only authorized members may perform dispatch or command communications.
6.7 OOC Communication – Keep out-of-character conversations separate from roleplay.
7.1 Respect Everyone – Treat all members, staff, and visitors respectfully.
7.2 Positive Environment – Help maintain a friendly and welcoming community.
7.3 Have Fun – Create enjoyable, realistic, and immersive roleplay.
7.4 Help New Members – Assist new players in learning VBCRP.
7.5 Represent VBCRP – Represent the community positively.
7.6 Follow Staff Instructions – Staff directions must be followed.
7.7 Common Sense – Use common sense. Staff may act against behavior that harms the community, even if not specifically listed above.
Failure to follow these rules may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, kicks, suspensions, or permanent bans.

Welcome to Virginia Beach County Roleplay (VBCRP). By logging in, connecting your accounts, reading this page, or interacting with our services, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, you must disconnect your accounts immediately.
You must follow all Discord Terms of Service, Roblox Community Standards, and VBCRP Server Rules at all times. Any form of exploiting, harassment, or malicious activity will result in an immediate ban from our platform.
If you choose to connect your Discord and Roblox accounts, you are solely responsible for the security of both accounts. VBCRP is not liable for actions taken by compromised accounts. If a connected account is banned from our services, all linked accounts may also face disciplinary action.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to our web services or your account link at any time, for any reason, without notice. We do not guarantee 100% uptime of our servers or database.
VBCRP is a community-run project. Our services are provided "as is". We are not responsible for any data loss, server downtime, or disruptions to your gameplay experience.
How we handle your data.
When you log in through Discord or Roblox, we securely request your basic public profile information. For Discord, this includes your User ID, Username, and Avatar. For Roblox, this includes your User ID, Display Name, and Avatar URL. We do not request, nor do we have access to, your passwords, emails, or personal private messages.
Your data is used strictly to verify your identity across our services. We use this data to sync your Discord roles with your in-game whitelist status, provide you access to the dashboard, and verify your permissions on the live map editor.
Your IDs and session tokens are stored in a secure Cloudflare KV Database. Session tokens are temporary and automatically expire after 7 days of inactivity. When you connect both platforms, your Discord ID is securely mapped to your Roblox ID in our backend to enable seamless role syncing.
We do not sell, rent, or distribute your data to any third parties. Your information stays entirely within the VBCRP ecosystem.
You have the right to revoke our access at any time. You can unlink your accounts by pressing the "Log Out" button on your profile dropdown, which will instantly wipe your active session from our servers. You can also revoke access directly through your Discord or Roblox authorized applications settings menus.
