2. Roblox Rules

2.1 Exploiting – Exploits, scripts, cheats, or unauthorized software are forbidden.

2.2 Glitch Abuse – Do not intentionally abuse bugs or unintended features.

2.3 Account Sharing – Account sharing during roleplay sessions is not permitted.

2.4 Avatar Standards – Avatars must remain appropriate for realistic roleplay.

3. Roleplay Rules

3.2 RDM – Do not attack or kill players without a valid roleplay reason.

3.4 Metagaming – Never use out-of-character information in roleplay.

3.5 Powergaming – Do not force actions or outcomes onto others.

3.6 FearRP – Value your character's life and react realistically to danger.

4. Department Rules

4.1 Professionalism – Act professionally while on duty.

4.2 Chain of Command – Respect supervisors and department leadership.

4.3 Equipment Usage – Only use equipment, uniforms, and vehicles assigned to your department.

4.4 Abuse of Power – Do not misuse department authority or permissions.

4.5 Realistic Operations – Follow realistic procedures during roleplay.

4.6 Department Vehicles – Restricted vehicles require authorization.

4.7 On-Duty Standards – Maintain professional conduct while representing VBCRP.

5. Whitelist Rules

5.1 Requirements – Meet all eligibility requirements before joining.

5.2 Training – Complete required training before operating independently.

5.3 Activity – Maintain reasonable activity.

5.4 Responsibility – Whitelist members are expected to uphold higher standards.

5.5 Rank Abuse – Do not abuse rank or permissions.

5.6 Removal – Staff may remove whitelist access if standards are not maintained.

6. Communications Rules

6.1 Radio Discipline – Keep communications realistic, clear, and professional.

6.2 Radio Spam – Do not spam or clog radio channels.

6.3 Proper Channels – Use the correct channel for your department or operation.

6.4 Clear Communication – Keep transmissions understandable and relevant.

6.5 Professional Language – Avoid inappropriate language or unnecessary conversations while on duty.

6.6 Dispatch – Only authorized members may perform dispatch or command communications.

6.7 OOC Communication – Keep out-of-character conversations separate from roleplay.

7.1 Respect Everyone – Treat all members, staff, and visitors respectfully.

7.2 Positive Environment – Help maintain a friendly and welcoming community.

7.3 Have Fun – Create enjoyable, realistic, and immersive roleplay.

7.4 Help New Members – Assist new players in learning VBCRP.

7.5 Represent VBCRP – Represent the community positively.

7.6 Follow Staff Instructions – Staff directions must be followed.

7.7 Common Sense – Use common sense. Staff may act against behavior that harms the community, even if not specifically listed above.
